A Licensed Land Surveyor firm was established in Sept. 2008 to provide professional land surveying, mapping and geomatics-related services to the public and private sectors in Malaysia at the onset of the country’s of rapid development and economic growth.
Founded by seasoned Licensed Surveyor Sr Hj. Mohd Rafiei Abdullah (LJT483)
and Sr. Mohd Azizulhafeez Mohd Rafiei (LJT644) which was in the industry for
more than 30 years.
Being matured in this business, and with the help of a team of qualified and experienced key personals, we wish to offer hands-on services which emphasize on quality and speed. Jobs will be handled professionally.

Our largest department comprises personnel who look into the ins-and-outs of the business to ensure things run smoothly, the paperwork is set in order and the business is stable and continues to grow. The roles in this department include:

A pivotal part of the Axis Survey Consultant, the capable personnel who run this department have these roles:
  • Preparing pre com plans
  • Managing title surveys, strata titles, title submission works and related matters
  • The employees in this department are experienced in the development and processes involving titles

This is considered one of the core departments in Axis Land Surveyor. It comprises one office-based survey coordinator, 6 field surveyors and their assistants. The coordinator’s roles include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating survey jobs, preparation of survey instructions, responding to clients’ enquiries and following up on them
The surveyors and their assistants’ roles:
  • Managing and carrying out surveys based on clients’ requirements according to regulations and laws
This department prepares all survey drawings after receiving data from the field surveyors. The Head of Department reviews data prepared by the surveyors’ coordinator in order to carry out the surveys; and answers issues faced by the surveyors.

The responsibilities of this department include:

  • Attending to clients’ queries
  • Preparing proposals, layout plans, feasibility study reports and town planning documents for submission
